Read the "View as executed", not the version with cancellations. (R' D' R) U' (R' D R) solves one LL corner and then (R' D' R) U2 (R' D R) solves the remaining ones.

Neither will I since they're so fast. I have a good Idea of the how for the fourth solve happened though.

After the 3rd f2l pair, he has a garbage f2l case but "good orientation edges" so he inserts the f2l edge like MGLS. The ll edges are phased correctly so he spams a commutator insertion to solve the corners.
