Beginner! i need help on what i should do next

Well, If you can understand it, good for you. Don't let anyone stop you, but if it really seems too hard, practise beginner f2l more.

EDIT: Hey, did anyone detect hypocrisy in what I just said?

do you guys have a good way on memborizing cross colors (to shorten the cross making time)
because i get mixed up, i know that green lines up with blue and red->orange, but i dont know beside which is which, sorry if you dont understand, my english is bad.

If you just do the cross more, you'll figure it out. It took me a while but it's not that hard. For now, just knowing opposite colours is probably good enough.

Im not sure if anyone has said this but try doing single algs over and over again. Just to get faster with it. My average is under a minute. And I've been doing it not even two months (bragging...sorry lol)

I recommend getting a DIY cube, they are much better than most storeboughts and they could also give you motivation to cube more.
I didn't start learning Fridrich until I got a DIY.

You can learn F2L and 4LLL at the same time because they are different steps, and you just have to understand how they work, learn the (around 15) algs for 4LLL, and just practice F2L.

F2L will increase your times at first, but within a few weeks your times will gradually go down.
When I first learnt F2L, my times went up to about 3 mins, but then after 2-4 weeks they were down at sub 1min.

And I also recommend you learn cross on bottom, but the world record holder for 3x3 single does the cross on top, so I'm not sure..

I learnt full PLL in about a month (could've done it faster but I was being lazy) and I only know the 2look OLL algs + 2 or 3 others (I'll learn the rest in the holidays) , and I'm just about to hit sub 30.

Oh.. And I'm 12 years old too :D

I recommend you learn keyhole F2L for the time being, it will improve your times drastically.

After that, I would learn 2-look OLL (all the algs are REALLY easy to memorize).

Then I would learn 2-look PLL, followed by all the PLLs (skip the G perms for now if you want, you can just do 2 easy PLLs in a row for those ones.)

what's keyhole F2L? do you need to remember algorithms? and also, i don't want to order DIY's from cubeforyou or something. the shipping is ridiculous (when shipping to canada) so i need to hit 1 minutes or sub one minute because me dad said that if i hit 1 minute i get a free cube :)

Edit:
my other option is to get cubes from dealextreme (free shipping FTW :) ) but is it a good option?

Yay for Canada.

i know, eh? :)

anyway, is there much of a difference between keyhole and intuitive F2L?

Yea, keyhole is like a stepping stone to intuitive. Basically there are 2 ways of doing it. The edge keyhole involves solving three of the edges using something like R U' R'. Then you rotate the D layer and use the keyhole to solve the corners by doing R U R', R U' R', or R U2 R' U' R U R'. Then you solve the last edge by using R U R' U' F' U' F or something like that. The corner way is the exact same, except you solve 3 corners, and then the edges.
