Got a $27 gift card for thecubicle after my 5th comp, it was sent a week ago

Can yall make suggestions because I'm clueless on what to get
depends on what you already have in your collection
if you wanna get another decent 3x3 go for tornado v4
if you wanna gert lubes just get dnm, the 3 fz's, mystic, and weight 5. Maybe angstrom dignitas too.
or you could get 15 cube bags

If your about page is still accurate, I'd suggest upgrading from the MGC 4x4 to an Aosu v7, single or double track depending on how much money you want to spend. (Triple if you want to mod the magnets.) You could also consider the Meilong v2 7x7 or one of the new 2x2s (Moyu/Vin).

I already have decent mains for speedcubes, I was thinking another unofficial puzzle or whatever

Or I might get this instead because I really need new lubes, thanks to everyone btw

Looking to get a 5x5-7x7. I’m looking for great performance on 5 and 7, and good on 7x7. Realistically I’m probably not going to practice 5 6 and much but I want to leave the door open in case I really enjoy them. How important is a ball core for 5x5 and 6x6? Plan right now is to get aochuang v6 single track 5x5, YJ MGC 6x6, and meilong 7x7.

I think what it mostly boils down to is how important is having a ball core on a 5x5 and 6x6?

ball core on big cubes isn't that important for performance, but mostly on feel in my opinion. But sometimes its very good

I have the meilong v2 7x7 and I recommend it wholeheartedly. It's already good as it is, but if you get into 7x7 you can mod it. The Cubicle and Pi Cube Shop have ballcore kits for it, and I just put The Cubicle's one in my puzzle. Without the ballcore, the large size (smallest 7x7, but it's still a 7x7) and fast speed can make it feel a little uncontrollable, which is what the ballcore helps with. My solve times did not change much (about 6 minutes).

The Aoshi is the clear winner in 6x6, but it's a bit pricey if you're not sure you're really into 6x6. MGC vs Meilong for budget option depends on what flaws you find more annoying. I like the Meilong 6x6 for its small size and good speed, but its terrible reverse corner cutting makes me slow down on 3x3 algs for fear of lockups. I never tried the MGC 6x6, but some prefer it as the budget 6x6. But upgrading from one of those to the Aoshi may be more of an upgrade than going from single track to double track on the Aochuang v6 5x5.

Thanks for the feedback. I ended up just saying screw it and paid up for the aochuang ball core and and aoshi 6x6.

tornado v5? i personally think the spring 20 mag wrm v10 is better

What's the difference between the Dayan Tengyun 2M 2x2 and the Dayan Tengyun 2M Plus and which one should I get? (Ignoring the price difference)
So I think the dayan tengyun plus is actually out of production now, I think the V1 is better, the V1 has a unique quiet and hollow feeling that some people will like, the plus is similar but not quite so quiet or hollow, the plus also has black internals while the V1 has primary.

Is this good for my request
its only around 12$
I want a fast controllable 2x2 that's not too expensive and has good corner cutting
