RUS Ua is probably the coolest, but some honourable mentions are:
RUD G/V
E
rUDF Nb (If you can execute it fast)
RUSf OLL 32 / 40 (S sexy sledge S' and inverse)
MU U/H/Z

I love almost all of Winter Variation and huge fan of E-Perm. The coolest part of WV is that it's completely intuitive while also not being intuitive. I love the fact that it blurs the line of what and Algorithm is. E-perm is also like that. I'm not sure if it is quite a conjugate but it certainly feels like one and feels like something that I could reasonable come up with. I just love how clever the algs are.

I was asking myself the exact same question 1 or 2 months ago. Remember that a non cuber sees only the back of the cube so take that into consideration when you're looking for the best non-cuber POV alg.

A perms are quite nice in my opinion, they're fast and elegant. I also asked my family, a proud group of non-cubers, and they said that A perms were the best ones. But I'm not sure if they said that because they really mean it or because it was the first alg I showed them 🤔

For 4x4x4, how about one which flips a single dedge . . . but literally looks like a complete scramble of the cube half way through.

First half (Pause and show them it at this point . . . and make sure that they were aware that a single dedge was flipped before applying), Second half.

This was one of the algorithms from this list. (AKA, the "Holy Grail".) There's a shorter one, the (18,18), but this one scrambles the cube more during execution.
