Hello! I have had a GTS2M for a couple months now. the cube is bone-dry, as i don't have access to lube. my only problem with the cube is that it has the worst corner cutting ever.

Reverse corner cutting is below 10 degrees, and regular corner cutting is just 10 degrees.

does anyone know what causes this and how to fix it?

thanks in advance! :)

Happened on my GAN 356 Air out of the box. Just loosen it.

Hey I've had my Qiyi SQ-1 for a few months and the bottom layer has started to loosen up a bunch. The Top layer is still just how it was out of the package (I havn't used it that much). Anyone know what's going on? I don't want to buy a new SQ-1.

Don’t just loosen it, try and give it even tensoins. If you need any help, watch crazybadcuber’s video on how to set up a zhanchi. The method is exactly the same for any speedcube. And if you can, get at least traxxas 50k off Amazon or somewhere cheap. Not essential, but I would highly recommend it.

So, for some reason my Moyu Aosu has terrible lockups on middle layers. When I try to do an RW2, or an LW2, on any face, I occasionally lock up so badly that I can't turn. I suspect it has something to do with the alignment mechanism on the centers. Has anyone encountered this problem? If so, how did you fix it? Besides that, do you guys get a lot of pops? I get a ton of them, however I solve on looser tensions.

Hello fellow cubers. After searching the web for the best 6x6, i concluded that most people liked the Wuhua 6x6, and i decided to buy it.
However, when i first received it the feeling was not quite as expected. It was very tight out of the box, and i immediately thought this just was bad tensions from the factory. After trying to loosen it, it turned very fast, but still had these wierd lockups.
If the layers were not alligned precisely, it had a hard time corner cutting even the smallest bit.

I gave up on it, but came back later, dissassembled the cube, trying to get even tensions, because i thought it was my own fault.
However, even after reassembling it again, it has the same problems. What could it be? I´ve heard such great things about this cube.

Any help appreciated!

PS: its a wuhua v1, not v2

If you magnetize it you'll never go back (although the Wuhua v1 has some cramped spots to put magnets in).
the whuhua v2 is also godly magnetized. I have a magnetic red and my first solve on my friends wuhua v2 was a pb by 30 seconds.

OP, how experienced are you with 6x6? I have a Yuxin Red and a Wuhua V1. I'm not very good on either but the Wuhua seems to have much more frustrating catches and lockups. I haven't really spent much time practicing though, so I've always chocked it up to being inexperienced with big cubes. That said, the Yuxin Red is smaller, so the size could have something to do with it. I have medium small hands and find the Wuhua feels pretty bulky to hold.

Hi all, my cube has become real slow and crunchy.

I got a Valk 3 last Christmas and out of the box it felt great, and once the lube broke in it felt amazing. It was awesome to solve but over the past couple of weeks it has become worst.

It went from an amazing cube to a real slow turning cube with 0 speed at all.
It's very crunchy, slow turning and it gets caught a lot. I've been experiencing a lot of pops too. I've looked everywhere on what to do and it seems like nothing works.

I have cleaned the pieces and screws which helped a little bit, but it still turns slow. Not fast at all. And since i have put the screws back in it feels real bad, hard to turn and I can't seem to find a good tension. It's either too loose or too tight. I own no lube. I wanna make this cube good again.

Any tips or anything I can do to make the cube fast again? All help is appreciated.
