Has anyone else noticed the problem yet? I figured this out a while back and it has annoyed me ever since.

I quite agree - this is true on all my cubes.

However, that being said, there's still a problem. Look at the two front top corners. If those are really yellow and orange (which they appear to be), then those two pieces shouldn't be on the same cube. At least not if it's a normal 6-color cube.

Obviously the stickers do not match expectations of a "color scheme," but as Zerksies said, there is no physical limitation on the arrangement of stickers, in real life or on a shirt.
