How to do F' OH?

Hi, I am having trouble doing F' OH. I saw some videos of people doing with their thumb but I can't seem to do it. Is there some kind of trick? (I use my left hand for OH)

hold the cube between the S slice and B layer using your index finger on top of the cube and your pinky on the bottom. middle and ring finger should rest on the bottom two rows on the B face of the cube. push downwards with your thumb on the UFL sticker.

I move my pinky to the bottom face, ring on the BD edge, middle on the B centre, index on the U centre, and using thumb do F'.

Hey peeps I'm working on some OH for Nats in october.
I avg 45 seconds with some 2H algs that I know by tracking pieces. my LL is around 20 seconds ish....
How do I improve from here? I would like to get around 20 seconds by october...is this possible?

Another tip that I don't see many people giving: use table abuse.
Your cube locks up badly while turning? Instead of wasting many seconds struggling with it in the air, sort it out with the table!
Your alg is a little odd to fingertrick? Table abuse helps. My OH H, E, F and Ga perms are pretty much awful without table abuse. (Note: this doesn't mean you should just use some awful alg and table abuse. Pick good ones, and use table abuse to make them faster, if you can)

Meh, imo this is a bad habit to start. You can't turn really fast and smoothly if you table abuse, because it ruins the flow of the turning.

I've always thought it was dumb for some people to table abuse some of their PLLs. What do you do when you're standing up with no table/surface to use?

you can still use table to some extent.

True, but I think the point Antoine was trying to make was that it makes the solve a lot choppier.
CFOP example:
The main reason for table abuse here is to realign the cube, and while it is happening, tps is basically zero. Obviously different than LSE on Roux, as that is almost necessary to use the table for the M-slices.

yeah, when the cube is misaligned, why waste time fumbling with it in the air. just slap it down on the table and its aligned.

Well if feliks can sub 10 with table abuse then i think it's fine

one hand cubing

Which is the best method for one handed cubing for cubers using their left hand?
Also from where I can learn them?
Please post some link

Most people use standard CFOP for OH and sometimes try to orient their edges during F2L.
ZZ has a lot of potential because it's 3-gen and you can use COLL or ZBLL/ phasing+ZZLL everytime.
Some people have gotten pretty fast with Roux, but I think doing M moves is very awkward, even with table abuse.

Thanks shadowslice..
And I just learned roux method as you said..
Now where will I get some good video to cut time on roux method..?
Also you told me tp learn zz method,so send me link for zz tutorial
