I am holding an unofficial practice competition for me and a bunch of my friends and I want to have the cubes scrambled as they would at a competition. I know that the Tnoodle program is used. How ever, do I use the same 5 scrambles for everyone, or does everyone get a different scramble?
So would I leave it like this?

and use the same 5 for everyone?

In the WCA regulations, you aren't allowed to use any electronics while competing. What's the reasoning behind this rule? Being able to listen to music on headphones would be very helpful while competing so you can focus better, which is how I focus well.

It should be obvious, but if it isn't, it is to prevent cheating.
It's the same reason you are not allowed to use it in exams that test what you are capable of doing by yourself. It's your own knowledge and skill in cubing that is being tested. Using electronics can artificially enhance that knowledge in an unfair way.

yeah, you leave it like that and just print an X amount of copies you need for your friends.

As soon as possible. It depends on when the delegate has the time to submit them.
