I feel like a failure

I have been cubing for 6-7 weeks now, and I can't get lower than a one minute average.
But that's not the bad part.
I have memorized 4 look last layer, I know intuitive F2l, and I have been practice constantly.
Yet is still have this awful split of : 10-30-10-10 (cross-f2l-oll-pll)

make sure your cross in efficient. plan out your whole cross at the beginning of every solve. if you can't do that yet, keep practicing until you can. Next is do a lot of f2l. you probably have a hard time finding the pieces. That can only get better if you practice more.

You aren't a failure! And it doesn't matter really how much you're practising, i think it matters more at this stage that you're practising correctly! 10 second cross and 30 second f2l probably means either:

- you're spending too long finding the pieces. this will probably get better with more solves, as you just need to get used to isolating the F2L corners and edges, and knowing where all your cross pieces are.
- you're using way too many moves. This requires more thinking - like GuRoux said, do plenty of untimed cross solves, and work on things like solving multiple cross pieces at the same time/setting up the next cross piece. Then do plenty of untimed f2l solves - look at things like f2l 'alg' lists and reconstructions of solves in order to see how you can increase the efficiency of your f2l.
- you're turning very slowly - it might just be that you're not confident with what you've learnt, in which case doing solves will probably help. otherwise, just generally work on your fingertricks and stuff :)

Keep at it!

I think it's a combination of the first two.I think the reason I really feel like I'm screwing up is I'll look at all these improve a CFOP and other threads, find time I'm at and it says "Start learining F2L"

It may be because your F2L is inefficient. If that's the case, then try doing more untimed solves and experimenting. I even found a couple of F2L algs without a cube on me, by visualising one - something like this can be helpful to improve your understand of the cube (which can also help your cross).

The people above me posted some great advice. Having been cubing for 6-7 weeks is really not that long in the grande scheme of things. Get used to the fact that cubing barriers are hard to reach. Have enough grit and patience to get there, and you will. Make sure to have fun along the way and celebrate when you do pass a barrier :)

In all fairness, the fact that you can solve the Rubiks cube is an achievement in itself. Only something like 3% of the worlds population can solve the Rubiks cube so you are definatley not a failure. :)

PS: I've only been cubing for a few months and trust me, I was like you, keep practicing and a break will come for you eventually.

5% = 365 million. I doubt it's that high. That would be 1 in 20 people being able to solve it.

I don't think more than .1% of the world population (~7 million) can solve the cube without looking anything up.

I think I would've eventuality got it if I wasn't so impatient back then. I figured how to get the first two layers and I think maybe even a cross on bottom done by myself, but I rage quit eventually and asked the internet :p but now I've figured my Pyraminx and megaminx by myself with no help (probably shouldn't count melamine because I figured out I could use my 3x3x3 knowledge to solve it but anyway). But I think if people had the patience for it I think a large chunk, much bigger than .1%, would be able to solve a 3x3x3.

Which brings me to the point that you need to be more patient! If you can't wait for the sub-1 minute barrier, you're gonna go through hell trying to go from sub-30 - sub-20 (It took me months of hard work, and some people take much longer!) Cubing requires a very high level of patients to not give up.

But anyway, I think you should work on your fingertricks. Watch YouTube videos on how to execute things like R U R' U' that can be extremely fast if done correctly. You should also learn how to recognize your f2l cases very quickly. I see a lot of people your speed that do an f2f case, sit there for like 5 seconds, execute another case, sit there for another 5 seconds, and so on. Recognizing your cases quickly will save a lot of time!

I suggest you work on getting your splits to something like this:
Cross: 6 seconds (Practicing making efficient crosses by themselves might help, this shouldnt be to hard when the cross should only take , let's say ~9 moves MAXIMUM.
F2L: 25 seconds (Work on pair recognition and fingertricks!)
OLL: 8 seconds (Cut down recognition and fingertricks)
PLL: 8 seconds (better recognition and fingertricks)
