Still...thats very good.
You have a great PB also :)

My full PLL isn't good yet because I learnt it a few days ago...
I have around 3-4 sec a PLL and my recognition is terrible, I still pause for like 2 seconds...

After a while of practice I'll get the recognitions down :)

It doesn't matter how fast you are. Winning, or doing well compared to other people, isn't important.
Well....Thanks! I've always thought the point of all these competitions was to beat everyone and go your fastest....I mean that why they call it a "competition" lol

Thanks for the comp tips guys...I'm gonna definitely try to go to one ASAP.

yeah i made this mistake too. I still haven't been to one. What's the UWR for fastest cuber who has never been to a comp? Yeah everyone says that you should go no matter what your speed, and that you will have lots of fun and meet many great friends.

What can you get by getting like a 25 avg??

Of course you can. I consistently averaged 20-21 my first competition and got 6th out of 24 people every time. Although it was just a small regional competition and we're still slightly developing a community here. In a competition of 100 people (Usually found in mid size to large cities) you can probably find yourself in like 40th place to 55ish depending on the area.

Oh and btw, you seemed surprised on how fast I progressed at the end, but 1 year and a few months of serious cubing to sub-14 is nothing to some people. I seen people on here (One of them goes by Mozart) who've gotten sub-10 in a little less than a year. It's ridiculous.

I know the UWR is 3. somthing... but its by Feliks. I'm not sure of the record for someone who has never been to a comp though. But if I could be any where near sub 10, I would go no matter what. Being a 25s solver...I'm kinda so and so....I mean I'd like to, but there is no "must" just yet :)

It's apparently 3.63 by Ian Bourn but there have been disputes over it.
