My CMLL and LSE is about 15 seconds combined. Yet i still average (with Roux) around 55 seconds. My CFOP time is around 22 seconds. I really like Roux, but can't seem to get fast with it. Any thing i should work on? 2-look CMLL, and around 40 move F2B. So obviously the F2B, but how to work on it?

Watch example solves on YouTube (I might make some soon), and look at people's F2B solutions in the example solve thread. Do lots of slow solves, and if there's a case that you don't know an efficient solution for, spend some time trying to find a better solution. Sometimes using the M slice can save you a few moves.

Watch lots of example solves videos like TDM said. I have some, so does GuRoux and Waffo.

Tried some roux haha i know i am slow so don't laugh at me.

26.65, 23.16, 38.87, 29.42, 35.98

Actually, I think I will use roux in my next FMC comp. It's clearly more efficient for me then CFOP.

Thats actually quite good. Better than me with cfop. 10s crosses too good...

Beats my CFOP times! Remember that Ms will count as two moves unfortunately.
I'm curious how many people use Roux as a skeleton for FMC. I have seen a few example Roux FMC's in the past, and the attempts use so few M slices and lots of techniques to help that. For those Rouxers who have done FMC, do you use a Roux skeleton? I usually just do FreeF2L - 1 then try and find skips in the LL (also insertions and inverse scrambles). Works well with some patience.

How to do first block efficiently? I can do first block under 10 sec with CFOP apprach but I want to do it Roux like, so how should I go about block building? I always enter the edge first and then do the 2 f2l pairs. Same goes for the second block.

Watch walkthrough solves and do example solves on recostructions.

I lost it. I clicked last scramble and then continued wit the session and lost it. It was 5 move green with white bottom block with a premade pair on blue with F R U R' U' F' cmll and normal lse.
Which timer? If it's qqTimer, and you haven't closed the tab, you can click on the time next to 'best time' and it will give you the scramble. I think you can do a similar thing with csTimer. Prisma saves all your scrambles even after you close it.
