I cant seem to find out how to get faster at F2B. I use the M slice and Wedge moves, but still am too slow. Any help?

Practice looking ahead during SB. For FB, try to plan the whole block during inspection, or at least plan your square and track the pair. Do slow untimed solves to practice efficiency.

2180161 you should try this to see how to improve f2b. It was very lucky though...

Here's how I would do LSE in a speedsolve:
U2 M' U' M' U2 M' U' M' U2 M' U2 M U M2 U

But also notable is for CMLL, you can do FRURUF U' R' U' F' U F U as KCLL. That leaves you with M' U2 M U' M' U2 M' U2. Much nicer, although I doubt I would have done that in a speedsolve.

Also, I'm not a big fan of the CFOP style FB (although in this solve it was decent).

My fb was cfop style? I thought i inserted dl edge paired with dlf corner into the center paired with lf edge... But ok... I guess.... Unless i am thinking of another scramble. Dont have a cube with me now so im not sure what i did.

And ya my lse is pretty sloppy and long. It was almost half the solve there. Im not used to doing the inverse alg for eo cases that can give better lr case. Should probably work on that. Its unusually fast though in comparison with my other steps. My fb is almost always sub 3, sb sub 5, cmll 1-2.5 ish, and lse sub 4.5.

your lse should be sub 4. Strange thing for me is that my lse was sub 4 ever since i was sub 20. Just everything else was bad.

That's how I was, and probably still am (~ 3 sec LSE when I practice it). On Gilles Roux's site, he offers a theoretical average with his method of 11 seconds, with splits of 2-4-2-3. On my 11 second solves, this is probably the case. I just need to improve my blocks to ~6 seconds consistently. And for PenguinsDontFly, practice efficiency and recognizing easy cases. Roux's site says to aim for <15 moves for LSE. I think 15 is a good average, so try untimed/slow solves and look ahead to see if changing a move direction (i.e. U or U', M or M') will help you.

Thanks. 2-4-2-3. 0.5-1 second off each step. That should be doable.

OMGERD 2nd sub 20 :DDDD
1st one was just a scramble I randomly did, but this one was generate from my timer. 19.37 :3
I feel like my flaws are in the first block.
When you guys plot your first block (have bad memory so can only plot my first square and have trouble sometimes) do you make an algorithm in your head to solve it or do you just picture the movements in your head?
Also how if you use either do you look-ahead into your 2nd block, do you just track a pair?

How many cmll algorithms can be used efficiently as cll on 2x2? I know all of them work but since they preserve e layer edges, they are longer and slower than cll algs that dont care about edges at all. Are there any specific cases that cll is a lot shorter than cmll? Is it worth learning all the cll algs? Whole day no posts thought I'd say something to start some conversation.

Congrats. Take 30-40 seconds to fully plan first block. Sometimes i still have trouble planning it out in 15 seconds because i try to inspect 4 blocks. As for how i inspect it, i just see the first pair and the edge that make up the first square and know exactly how to execute in. Then i find the last two pieces of the first block and predict where they end up and what case i need to pair them up. If i have time, i find some second block pieces and try not to mess up any solved second block edges while tracking corners.
