So, after ~2 weeks, here's a pretty normal ao12 for me:

Up 'til now I didn't do any specific practice, just normal solves to get accustomed to the cube/method.
Now that it seems I've passed 1 minute, it feels like I could start practicing a bit more seriously, aiming at different things, targeting specific tasks...
Based on the splits above, what is the first/most importatnt thing I should be looking at?
Also let's say I'm aiming for sub40 atm, what splits should I have in mind?
A few additional things: currently I solve with a fixed color on top (yellow), and start the first block on blue or green, whichever seems easier.
It would be nice to expand the possibilities further, but I don't know which other colors/orientations should I start to practice.
Imo I'm quite bad at learning algorithms, so I want to delay that as much as possible.
Right now I know an alg for all the corner orientation cases, and I have one alg for swapping two adjacent corners (x R' U R' D2 R U' R' D2 R2), and I'm doing that twice for diagonal swaps.
Roux is awesome!
