my dayan zhanchi sometimes has a side that keeps getting springy......right now my green side is like that and how can i fix it without getting new springs??? i have already tried taking the spring and switching with another side but its always the green side center piece for some reason

Hmmm... I've never heard or experienced something like this before.

Check if your screw is going into your core straight or at a crooked angle. ORRRR... check if your washer is on top of the spring (closer to the core). I don't know what else to say. If I could see or feel it I could help out more.

Is the springiness effecting your solves?

Man, I had the same problem with my GuHong, really annoying. Do what Izovire said and check to make sure the washer is under the screw, mine came assembled (From Lightake) with the washer on the top, and I just switched it. Works perfectly. Or if this doesn't work, try the Lubix thing, It costs money, but it works. My friend had to do that with his GuHong (I know yours is a ZhanChi but there the same thing).

Lol I have the same problem with the green side of my Zhanchi as well :p. It sometimes distracts me when I am doing a pll alg and I mess up :/. I am might try what ahwang said and see if that helps.

Yeah man... Lube the core!

Lubix or other brands of silicone will work fine for this... also... you could listen to some LOUD music to cover the noise.
