what's the best way to recognize ZBLLs?

I currently use Baum-Harris (looking at FU and RU).

Is there a better way that doesn't requiring AUFing first?

I look at those two and compare the stickers to the FRU corner.

I just learn all the cases from every angle to avoid AUFing. I don't think there's a better way.

You mean AUFing to recognise right? Because otherwise that would be a reaching jabari level alg set.

No. I think there are 1944 unique cases and their AUF. I've only learned two COLL sets of T and one of U so far. But because I use ZZ, I would always get ZBLL for LL so it is worth my time to learn them all.

Which is more beneficial to learn?ZZ-CT or ZBLL?
ZBLL by far.

Even though Chris invented ZZ-CT to fix what was wrong with ZBLL, at their top levels, ZBLL is faster than ZZ-CT.

ZZ-b (ZZLL = Phasing to only Z/H perm + COLL LL, no U-perms) is also a good alternative, with significantly less algorithms than ZBLL.

However, you would probably finish learning CT before ZBLL so you would have more time to practice them.

Either of them are good choices, really.

I just want to know what set of ZBLL I should learn first. I won't be learning sune or anti sune and I think I will learn H first because it's the smallest set but I just want to know your opinion

I'm learning T first. Why? Because I picked my least favourite COLL alg and thought it would be cool to at least 1-look the rest of the solve if I get a case like that (L' U2 L U' R' U L' U' R2 U' L U R').

Makes sense. If I follow logic I would probably learn the U cases first since I don't like U that much.

Hi, I am planning on learning full ZBLL and I was wondering which alg is best for this case:
0

L U' L' U2 L U L' U2 L U L' U L U' L'
(U2) R U' R' U2 R U R' U2 R U R' U R U' R
(U') R' U' R U' R' U2 R U R' U2 R U R' U R'

Thanks a lot!

I use your second one: R U' R' U2 R U R' U2 R U R' U R U' R'.
Speaking from a OH point of view though.

I'm considering learning the T subset of ZBLL. Recognition is not too bad and number of cases is manageable.

I do not wish to learn full ZBLL as this is too much and I don't think I can drill down all the cases enough for it to be worth it. However, using a subset ensure that you can probably avoid a ton of **** cases during OLL or WV and other ways to influence the LL when finishing F2L.

Is there a list of algs for OLL cases that end up in the last layer oriented or in T somewhere ? It looks like I'm not the first one who wants to go that way.

Should I not learn the Sune ZBLLS and just use COLL? To me the Sune ZBLLS seem like they aren't worth it because there is almost 200 algs, and it takes a second to recognize the edges and stuff, for me COLL would seem faster, considering that there is only 12 Sune/Anti-Sune cases. Tell me what you guys think! :)
