[Help Thread] ZBLL Discussion and Help

No, it's bad.

Ergonomics suck
Redundancies suck
Better systems exist

Combo algs were tried out for years. Outside of the double sunes and a few combo OLLs, it's junk.
There's a reason why nobody uses it.

EDIT: Someone already linked Kirjava's work, and that's the best you're going to get with discrete algs.

a few people and I are working on updating it and making it faster.

Yay guys I'm done with the L set of ZBLL!!!!
Just finished learning the diag swap COLL set today

ahem *accomplishment thread* ahem.
Nice job. How long did it take you? how much are u planning learning?
Oops sorry:p
I learned almost all of the algs in one week, took a really long break, then finished them today
I know like more than 1/2 of T and U and Pi, so I'll finish those next

Hey just wondering, not to cut corners or anything, but are there any easier systems for learning ZBLL?
I struggle with large alg sets snd can never focus or stay motivated, I'm pretty ADHD. I even had a little trouble with WV...

I would recommend learning it T, U, L, Pi, H, S/As (if at all)

To be honest you have to learn ZBLL properly or not at all, I have tried so many shortcuts, trust me, they don't usually work. Just find the motivation. Motivation is 50% of the battle.

Not sure if your sig is updated, but you really should learn PLL first. When you finish that learn COLL, then 2GLL if you want.
If you like learning algs in a random order, you should check out the thread I made yesterday

Well in that case, to be completely honest, learning full ZBLL is really not for you. You can still learn some easy to recognise ZBLLs though, like the ones with 2x2 blocks on them. Also as Daniel Lin said, you could take a look at COLL, since you anyway want to learn that before diving into ZBLL.

How many people know full ZBLL?
I know Jabari, Chris Tran, and Egide
And CHJ knows all except sunes (i think).

Anyone else? Are you done yet @OLLiver ?

The full list is Chris Tran, Dr Morley Davison, Jabari, Egide, Callum-Hales-Jepp and Anthony Brooks according to Callum himself.
ok, thanks.

I think I will finish full ZBLL minus sunes/antisunes today
