I think I have to agree with you and the logic and grammar you presented.
So I think no should is GOAT, any of the so called greatest will eventually be "replaced" so no, do not even discuss who is GOAT, Feliks is not, Max is not, Tymon is not, Yiheng is not, and no one will be, and I think practically GOAT does not exist and there is no point we discuss it here, or anywhere else. Do tell me there will be a point the WR can't be broken. It still can, when the WR is stagnant for long enough, WCA will introduce 0.001s, the 0.0001s then 0.00001s accuracy (with of course a supported hardware), so the WR can always be broken and there will still be no GOAT.

Yes, but nobody has yet to be as dominant as Feliks, so he is still considered a GOAT. Mas has only dominited in last 4-5 years, while Feliks has dominated for a decade. If Max can continue to hold the Big Cube WR's, get 3x3 WR Single and Average, and OH average, for another 5-6 years, I would consider him the GOAT.

Feliks has done more trailblazing and has made more history in the world of cubing than Tymon or Max ever will. For example, Babe Ruth is considered to be the GOAT of American baseball, even though his career was during the early 20th century and there have probably been better players than him since then. In my opinion, the GOAT of any sport is a person who has done more trailblazing, made more history, and has made more progress and achievements than any of his predecessors, which Feliks has and Tymon and Max have not, at least to the same degree.

Feliks was the GOAT for a long time, but eventually he had to be dethroned. and also as cubing became more popular, more people would reach world class speeds like yiheng, ruihang, tymon etc. He definitely still is improving but not as fast as the others so i would say he is no longer the GOAT
but still one of the greatest people in cubing history.

To properly understand whether Feliks is still the GOAT, we must first understand and come to a conclusion about what is a GOAT.

Actually, I think he has already lost his GOAT status. Yes, he has the most wins and podiums and all that. However, he hasnt won a nations in a while. And a lot of new, up and coming cubers are coming on the scene that are making it a challenge for him to retain any records. Its a matter of time. He had an impressive streak, and will always be one of the best. However, no one can stay the greatest of all time.

Feliks is the reason we have so many cubers today. I strongly believe that if Feliks never became a cuber and did what he did, we wouldn't have most of the cubers we know today, the cubing community will be much smaller, and not many people will even know about cubing. Wether he is competing or not, he has impacted the whole cubing world in a way that no one else will ever be able to.

If you exclude a several month period in 2017, Feliks held the record from the start of 2010 all the way to mid 2021. So someone else will have to hold the record for over ELEVEN YEARS to match Felik's 3x3 wr avgs. Also 121 WRs.

The amount of records Feliks broke is honestly mind blowing, and I don’t know if anyone will ever match them. Perhaps one day, but I do not see it happening anytime soon. At least, that's my opinion.
