As you may know already, I use CFOP and average 20 seconds on 3x3. What should my average be on 5x5 and 4x4 and megaminx? 5x5 average is around 3:45, 4x4 average is around 1:40, megaminx average is around 5:10

Around 1:05 for 444, around 1:55 for 555 and megaminx, according to the 2019 Cubing Time Standards chart.

It's not super accurate, especially for big cubes and blindsolving events, but it's a good rough guideline. This is also assuming you practise those events a comparable amount to how much you practise 333!

Thanks! I hadn't heard of that chart! The singles are a bit off compared to the averages, but its still very helpful. (My 2x2 single is 1.24 which should put me in the top 1%, but my average is only 5.5-6 seconds.

I think one fo the reasons I'm not so good at those events is because they are longer and therefore I dont practice them very much. I'm also quite new to 5x5 and 4x4 but practice megaminx every once a week or so

Yeah, you should just completely ignore the singles in that chart (except for bigbld/multiblind). They don't mean anything.

Wow, I like that Chart.
Now I can compare Cubing another Sport (Swimming). You guys know, if there is something similar for running (10km and Marathon).
Would be interresting to know, which time I need to be "sub20" in 10km.
