The "I Just Ordered This Cube" Thread

It's waiting for someone...
and that someone is me
edit: nope i aint spending 132 dollars on a 2x2 I will just stick with my weipo, gan 251, and vin 2x2

I just got an X-Man Tornado V4 Flagship 3x3 and a G5 Pro Timer.

As someone who got into speedcubing about two months ago, I’m not sure I would recommend this cube, but here’s my honest opinion.

Ordering Platform:
I ordered both items from Speedcubeshop.com, which was easy to navigate. The cost was $71.15 (shipping protection: $2.25, G5 Pro Timer: $32.95, Tornado V4: $35.95) before applying my new account discount, with the final total coming to $624.26. The order arrived in 4 days after qualifying for their free shipping on purchases over $70 (ordered late on March 3 and delivered midday on March 7).

Unboxing:
The package came in plain bubble wrap with the shop’s logo sealing one end’s flap. It was easy to open while remaining inconspicuous and safe. Both the timer and the cube box were wrapped. I opened the timer first—it included instructions and batteries, which was a solid 10/10. The cube’s box, however, was covered in annoying plastic wrap. I wish companies would invest a little extra to add a red unwrapping flap to the plastic to make it easier and more enjoyable to open. I had to use a knife to remove the plastic, which made me a bit nervous about damaging the box. The box itself fits so well that it only takes about 3 seconds to open—something I really love. Inside, there are two boxes: one is a plastic box with the X-Man logo for the cube, and the other contains instructions for beginner Roux, Roux algorithms, CFOP algorithms, customization tips, as well as a screwdriver, carrying bag, microfiber cleaning cloth, and a logoless white center cap. The X-Man box opens magnetically from the top, revealing the cube with the white face up and the X-Man logo showcased.

After Thoughts:
I immediately loved this cube—it turns so smoothly compared to my DaYang TengYun. I haven’t “PRed” it yet, but I’m still figuring out which of the 25 settings I prefer. For the last two days, I’ve been using the 2-2 setting with the middle magnet option. It’s a truly great cube.

I wonder how much I'd have to reduce it down to for someone to actually buy it now
are you sure you cant do this? Am i looking at the wrong cube? Its only 19.99 here?
