This is a CFOP solve on the yellow cross. Pretty awful scramble at first sight but the yellow cross is relatively easier to do. I'm sub-15 and I can do cross+1. This scramble is applied with white top, and green front. Explanation in spoiler.

Scramble: R' D F2 U F2 R' B' F R B2 L D2 U' B' L2 R' B' F' R B' F L2 R U' F2 U' L2 R' U B2

y // inspection
F D F B' L // cross
U' L' U L U y' L U' L'
U L' U' L U2 L' U' L
y U2 R U' R'
y' R U' R' U R U' R' // F2L
U' r' R2 U R' U R U2 R' U M' // OLL 11
U' R U R' U' R' F R2 U' R' U' R U R' F' // T-PLL
U // 60 HTM, 65 QTM

At inspection, I noticed that the green edge will need some work, and blue needs to move to the right place before the red and orange edge can be inserted. I then noticed that when I move over the blue edge after inserting, the green edge will be moved to the spot where it can be repositioned by inserting the red edge. The cross solution goes as follows: y F D F B' L

During the inspection I also noticed the blue-orange edge is at top and see whether both pieces will go on top to make an easy case. The corner will go to the top (because I did B' first then L at cross) but the edge will be moved into a slot. Nonetheless, a quite easy case to solve, first pair: U' L' U L U y' L U' L'

It is always a good habit to solve pair at back. I see the orange-green-yellow corner, and the orange-green edge. Second pair: U L' U' L U2 L' U' L

While solving the second pair, I see the blue-red pair formed. It is even preserved while solving. So third pair: y U2 R U' R'

Then last pair: y' R U' R' U R U' R'

Then OLL: U' r' R2 U R' U R U2 R' U M'
and PLL: U' R U R' U' R' F R2 U' R' U' R U R' F' U

This is my first attempt at a Petrus example solve, so don't be too mean.

Trust me, you do not want to call it that

That's similar to my method cause i improved my method then 10 mins later I see this
Ok, first of all this is not the place for this.
Second of all, I am 99% sure that Mehta is a lot better than your method and has plenty of reasoning. it was invented by @Devagio who is an expert on methods and this is very different from your method.
Third of all, why would you care if someone used your method? That's what you do with a method.

Am I doing stuff inefficiently, or did I just get unlucky cases?
