Should WCA introduce 8x8? Should they bring back feet solving? etc...

#1: Fair point, though i still think the hygiene argument for feet is overrated.

#2: thats sort of why master kilo would be better, they are both more unique than 8x8 though. The size of all of them are generally why smaller puzzles get more serous attention for inclusion.
Hygiene is overrated, I agree. A provision for washing feet is not a great burden.

I've never solved master kilominx, but there is parity, right? It doesn't seem fair to me to have an official event use a single solve when there's a possibility of parity. Obviously it's not optimal, but for a giant puzzle with no parity I think it would be a reasonable way to make it fit a schedule better.

I don't think parity is a big issue for big puzzles. I don't think OLL parity on 6x6 is a big issue in terms of luck, luck during the rest of the solve (esp. edge pairing) might even overwhelm the parity factor. The 2nd fastest 6x6 recon on speedcubedb has double parity. The UWR for Master Kilominx is much slower than 6x6 (~3min vs <1min single) and iirc the parities on Master Kilominx are not that many moves (compared to OLL parity on big cubes). A mo3 for Master Kilominx would not be that unreasonable either - 4BLD and 5BLD both have this format. A cumulative cutoff could be used.
