Running cubers

Well, I wish I could, but I’m not ready yet for track. (I’m not old enough)
You might have to be a certain age for a certain club, but track(and Field[which you should put in the spreadsheet]) is just about running(and throwing, and jumping). If that's at a track, great. If it's in your backyard, great. If it's just around your neighborhood great. Just getting out and running somewhere for a bit technically qualifies as track. Maybe go to a local school track, and have a parent or friend time you running whatever distance.

Hi just wondering if anyone has good splits per km for a sub 18 5k. Thanks
3:36? There is basically no way you can start off slower than that and if you start off too much faster then you can burn yourself out but you will probably always end up going off a bit too fast

I added my times! I'm generally running slower each year, so I'm not sure I'll ever get a 10k under 40:00, for example. We'll see! Less likely than a sub-10 3x3 at least. :P

So I’m running next week in Districts in track for the 800. I had also qualified for the 300m hurdles, but I decided to do the 800 since 1. I’ve gotten faster in distance. 2. I’ve only done 5 races in the 300 hurdles compared to the amount of times I’ve ran the 800. 3. I haven’t ran the 800 in a month and I want to beat my time that I got in Prosser.

I'm running next weekend at a USATF Developmental Meet in the 3k and 1500. Not doing 800 because I have a schedule conflict. My only goal is to beat my 3k time I got in xc almost a year ago, hopefully sub 11 but if not then whatever. I also have a 2 day cubing comp this weekend and I haven't practiced at all.
My friend ran it last year I think. He probably dominated in the 1600 or the 800.
