I run once a month lol, so no practice. Only a mile. last one I got was 6:58, i have no clue if thats good or not but yeah
Edit: I've raced a ton of people, and the only person that barely beat me was my state's champion lol

Tied my mile PR to the tenth of a second for in my last meet. Anyone in a Massachusetts track team?

3rd in 1500 with a time of 5:47 (PR)
Also got the P.E mile run on Wednesday so hopefully getting sub 5:58.

I usually run on a rail trail which has mile markers. I then use a stopwatch on my watch to time myself.

Hello running cubers! I have been wanting to do track for 3 years, but then covid hit, so I waited 3 years, and my mom forgot I wasn't a 3rd grader anymore and signed me up for the little kid track. But I will finally start actual track next year, really excited about it!
