my favourite 3-style alg is Lw': U' L U, M2 finger tricked somewhat like this

I use that fingertrick for M2, especially in 4BLD. I also use the mirror of this alg as an OLL(I think most people do but since I don't know full OLL it means something)

I used this alg for a while 2 handed, I learned it from a pamphlet that came with 2x2 to teach ortega method. I wonder, is this alg better than the standard Jb-perm on 2x2?
(edit: wrong reply)
Yes, at least for me, this or its inverse are better for 2x2. I use the inverse as standard but sometimes this depending on cancellations. It's better to write them as R U2 R' U' R U2 R' F R' F' R and R' F R F' R U2 R' U R U2 R' though

That is funny, I dislike that alg enough to use D: S, L F' L'. I don't actually know which is faster, I just do this because I like it more (same for inverses and mirrors). Everytime I do it I think about switching back though lol

At my current level learning such a large algset does not seem reasonable as my PLL and OLL skills do not seem to have peaked yet, meanimg there is not much need for me to learn ZB.
As for the confused reaction, I don't understand where this remark came from in relation to the rest of the thread; the short message and the lack of detail made me choose the reaction.

algorithm thread, ZBLL, you can see where that goes, but you don’t have to learn all the ZBLLs, maybe just a couple just incase you run into them (24 is ideal)
