PLL question

Hi all.. Great forum you have here. I've been able to solve a cube in about 3 minutes just from learning on my own, but only recently got interested in speed cubing. I got my diy (a) in the mail, and have spent some time learning the basics of CFOP.

Quick question, though. While I was goofing around today, I ended up with a PLL situation that I couldn't find an algorithm for. I was using this list:

http://www.speedcubing.com/peter/AllesFastPermute.html

Is that set of PLL algorithms "complete"? Or are there just some situations where I might have to use two, back to back? I wish I knew how to notate a bit better, I could just simply diagram it. Basically I needed to do 06-3 and 02-2 at the same time, and I couldn't find a 15, 16, 17, or 18 that fit what I was trying to do. Any tips?

That is a complete set of PLLs, your's is on there somewhere. I tried getting what you had there, and if you do U' then you will have what is listed on there as a 12-1.

How about this one? It looks like I need to move four edges and two corners..?

Oops, I couldn't upload it the attachment.. I put it on my webspace.

if there's anything unclear, let me know. i made this for myself not others so~

Cool, thanks, great diagram. One question though, where are the various perms lettered (by convention). The page that I'm using (linked above) doesn't have them classified by letter.
