How do i get faster at one habd solveing?

My quickest one hand solve is 3 minuets exactly. Is there any way to get faster also is there any way to improve finger strength. I solve one handed in my left hand.

you dont need a tutorial to get sub 3. you just need to do like 5 solves

I can't get it to work, i've tried interpreting f as a slice and as a cube rotation but it just leaves the cube in a mess. Can someone rewrite it so it actually works?

Help with OH

Hi everyone! I m trying to get better at OH (i m not really good at it really), i just did a video so anyone can help me with tricks and tips to get better.
Any link to an tutorial or something to get faster... finger tricks and all will help.

1. Practise ... a hell lot
2.For finger tricks maybe you might want to watch asmallkitten's video on how he turns for OH
3.Sometimes getting better at 2H can also improve your OH time... say maybe you're averaging 20 sec for 2H and 30 sec for OH then maybe a month later you're averaging 17s or 15s for 3H ,your OH times should go down as well.


I'm not really sure if it works the other way around like getting better at OH and somehow without practicing any 2H ,get better at it too.I tried it, my OH time surely went down alot ( almost the same as my 2H times ) but my 2H times are still the same lol .Actually now because of that I find look ahead easier in OH than in 2H lol .

With 2H i do averages of 15-16... however i m still trying to improve (practice a lot... however now i hurt my left hand and i m doing more OH, i m lefty)... i guess thats right, maybe with time i just get better if i practice the 2H.

How do you execute the following OLL: F R U R' U' F' and the one with f without leaving pauses in after F and before F'? I seem to make a cube rotation which annoys me as it makes my solves slow(er).

The OLL with the big F is ok, but the OLL with the small one is annoying. Do a U2 then F U R U' R' F'. I do F turns with mt thumb.

I average like one minute at oh. My Zhanchi is good. I can't get faster. I do zz sometimes but CFOP others. I don't know oh plls just 2h ones. How can I get faster? I can make a vid later if you want.
