My Yuxin Kylin V2M seems to have gotten much worse over time. I have lubed it with DNM-37 & that is the only lube ever used in the cube. Has anyone experienced negative effects with this combination?

I sure hope the DNM isn’t somehow finding it’s way to the hardware. How long have you had it?
I've had it for 8 months. It does look pretty grimy on all the pieces, lots of residue, maybe it just needs a thorough cleaning although i've never had to do that with other cubes.

Will you let your cube sit for a while after lubing? If so, how long do I need to wait

Obviously results vary by lube but in general what feeling or benefits come from lubing the core+springs?

Well, your hardware won’t degrade as fast for one.
Any spring noise should disappear
The cube should feel slightly smoother and more ‘whole’
If you put a bunch in it will be more controllable

By hardware degrading do you mean springs and core breaking? I’ve never had that happen in my many years of cubing but I know some people do an order of magnitude more solves than i do daily

Is it good?
yes its crazy good but it leaks out a bit so you have to wipe it but then after like 3 hours it doesnt really leak anymore
if you overlube like i did it becomes crazy smooth but it leaks a bit, also it might get so smooth that it can also slip out your hands
if you dont its pretty good also
when you lube your cube make sure its inside and does not get to the pieces because theres oil there and it attracts dirty stuff.
If you did make a mistake and it gets dirty then clean out all the the dirty stuff and the lube and lube it again carefully
i just pour it on the core of the cubes and then wipe out the edges so it doesnt get anywhere there.
also when you wipe use wet tissues but not too wet, wet like baby wipes, because normal wipes dont really help take off all the dirt or oil.
and if you use too wet wipes your cube will probably break since putting water on a speedcube is gonna destroy the cube lol

also make sure to mix the ingredients well to ensure best experience
