Ok so my name Alex. I have start cube 2 month before now. I buy a Haiyan memory, have since end June. I usually get about 25-38s. I use Fridrich. I know all oll. I also know 2LookOLL . I do use f2l. My main questions are:
1. How could I improve my times (In general) .
2. CFOP good, and I can get sub 10, without roux/zb, can you confirm?
3. Is edition cube good me buy? If no, what?
4. Any adittional info you could give, will may provide useful, to me?

Thank you, Alex

Do you know full Pll? It might help a bit.
What cube are you using right now?

And everybody will probably say Practice, But I'll be other person that says Practice.

Hmm, 25-38 secs. is a pretty big gap. It means your really inconsistent. I suggest improving your F2L by looking ahead on your F2L pairs.
To get what I mean, here's a great video expaining on looking ahead.

You should also look for other videos on how to improve your F2L. Badmephisto has excellent videos.

Ill do quick out of 10 avg in a sec, and tell what I get.
Thank you for all awnsers! Any more advice? Please and thank you? :)
And also, I know full pll. I know two look 0LL

work on f2l and learn all OLL and just keep practicing...the video above is a good way to practice on wat to look for during f2l

Would x cross be helpful then

Xcross isn't usually used for every solve. It's a bit advanced and you should focus on other things before bothering with this.

If you know full PLL and 2-look OLL then you should be able to get sub-20 average with practice. I would recommend simply practicing and learning some OLLs along the way whenever you feel like it.

Would x cross be helpful then

Coming from the guy who does x-crosses when they're not even good, here's what I have to say.

X-crosses are a funny situation.
You form the cross and one pair at the same time.
I usually try this when I see that I can preserve a first-layer corner while making the cross, but sometimes, it turns out for the worse.

Take this, for example:

Scramble: B2 F2 D R2 F2 D' U R2 D' U2 B2 F2 U R B2 U B D2 U' B2 R2 B2 F' U' R.

Just to let you know, I use white/black cross. I replaced white with black on my cube.

In the UBL position, there is a first-layer corner that is already paired up with the UB edge.
Alternatively, for other crosses, there is the UFR-UR pair and the DFL-DR pair, but we’re sticking with the UBL-UB pair.

Now, we look for the remaining cross pieces, and aside from the two we can blatantly see in the top layer, the remaining two are in BL and DB.
Knowing the relative locations by which the edges must be placed, I know that the black-orange cross piece can be brought to its relative location to the black-green edge WHILE PRESERVING THE PAIR with a y R2.

After doing this, you’ll see that along with preserving the pair and solving one cross piece by relative location, we have another cross piece ready to be inserted by relative location with an F’ move. But wait!

That would destroy the pair we are preserving.
Thus, we can get it out of the way before inserting the black-blue cross piece. I’d to this with a D2’. Since the pair is out of harm’s way, an F’ move inserts the black-blue edge.
Now for the preserved pair.
Since this pair is directly beneath its target position, L2 would suffice.
You should have something resembling this:

Now we flip the cube over with an x2 rotation, and we look for the edge that corresponds with the corner (red-black-blue) we preserved. After doing a y rotation, I can see that the edge has already been placed. Lucky for us, doing a final D' move aligns the cross, and the x-cross is solved.

This is something I’d actually do in a solve.

Example solve video with the same scramble:
