Need help or tips for learning f2l look ahead

Hi
I am currently using intuitive f2l, and I want to get faster but I always have pauses in my f2l. I want to learn look ahead so I can get rid of the pauses. Does anyone know any tips or practices I can use to learn it somewhat quickly (at least a month)
