Hi guys I need help on doing a fast white cross like really fast and tips and how to do a good inspection time thanks

step 1: know how to solve cross
step 2: solve cross on bottom
step 3: learn to use the “mis-aligned cross” method
step 4: play with cross solutions and make sure you can solve it in 8 moves or less
step 5: be able to plan cross in inspection
step 6: solve the cross fast
step 7 (optional): watch like 5 youtube videos

As a 15-second solver:
To solve the cross efficiently you need to first figure out what color you do. Pick between yellow and white, since they are basically the same.
For the actual solution, you need to think about solving multiple pieces at once instead of using an inserrt for each piece.
I recommend J Perm's video about solving the cross for beginners. If you want to get really fast you should look at J Perm's cross boot camp and solving xcross videos.

just learn CMLEO
I heard it was neo cuares approved (he never replied😔)

ok here’s my serious version of “how to solve cross fast” (coming from a sub-7 solver)

Step 1: Know how to solve a cross on the bottom
Step 2: Solve multiple cross pieces at once and utilize the “mis-aligned cross technique”. For example, let’s say you have two of your cross edges solved in the back left, and your other two cross pieces are in the UR and UB slots. The one in the UR slot is oriented, while the other one is mis-oriented. Instead of doing: R2 U R’ F R, you can do R’ U R’ F. Knowing EO and watching example solve of top cubers will help a lot. You also just need to try and experiment with things. Don’t be disappointed if your solution didn’t work. Experiments are never meant to solve things on the first try.
Step 3: Once you’ve gotten a grip on the ideas, try to implement them into your solves. If you want, use a cross trainer. Make sure they are 8 moves or less. Don’t mind the ergonomics right now, just make sure you can plan it fully in inspection.
Step 4: practice a lot (like a bunch of solves)

How experienced are you with the cross?
Make sure you're doing the cross on the bottom and not the top.
Cross pieces can be inserted relative to each other and aligned at the end (for instance, white cross center edge colors are clockwise: Red->Green->Orange->Blue->back to Red. So for example, you don't need to put the orange white cross edge on top of orange right away.
Cubehead also has a video of solving 10 levels of crosses that demonstrates this, you can practice with these scrambles.
A final tip-don't just think about how to do the cross, but what the best fingertricks are to do it + with minimal rotations. B/B' moves are fine but should try to avoid B2 and F2 moves as they entail regrips.
