[Help Thread] Need 3x3 tips

I average 13.5 - 14.5s on a normal day. I wanna be sub 12 though I've achieved sub 12 avg 3 times but I want it to be my normal average. Pls provide some tips, keeping in mind that I can't practice more than 20 mins in a day.

What is your average TPS or turns per second? You can can calculate it by dividing the average time it takes you to solve 3x3 by the average amount of moves it takes you to solve. Around 4-5 TPS is necessary for CFOP if you are good at saving moves during F2L for sub 12. It would also help to know your splits, or how long it takes you to finish each step (Cross, F2L, OLL, PLL) on average to recommend strategies for improvement. After OLL and PLL good algsets to learn are COLL, WV, or if you haven't already Advanced F2L.
