need help with roux method

hey everyone I'm new here. I have been doing the rubik's cube for only a few month and recently found this forum. I'm kinda lazy so I didn't really check all the topics for help in roux method. I know how to do roux method, but I can't really get less than 2 minutes of using this method. So does anyone have any tips of getting faster at it?

Well if you are so lazy you don't want to search forum's theres not much hope for you
Ok besides that, just do solves once in a while where you don't go for speed but for less moves for each step, less moves -> more speed. Especialy when you are in the above the minute zone.

That's just a general overview kind of of the method, then i made in depth videos on each step. I also have a 11.75sec solve on there if you want to look at it.
