I just got this cube a few days ago with high expectations, since I saw several top cubers instantly switch to this cube and get PRs immediately. However, the cube I bought feels kind of trash: the layers are constantly wiggling, which makes it uncontrollable. I’m wondering whether this can be fixed with specific lube, tension adjustments, or something I might be missing, because everyone seems to find this 7x7 fantastic and I feel like I’ve thrown €65 in the trash. Thx.

I'm no 7x7 expert but it sounds to me like you need to tighten your cube.
