How would you tackle this F2L case?

Guys, guys, it's all about (U') F' R U R' U' R' F R. PB is 0.44.
EDIT: Correction, 0.41.
Ooo, that is another good one! I find that first F' a bit slow, but after that the whole alg has a really nice flow to it, especially the end! Thanks!

Try index finger push on RFU, it puts your finger in position for the U and makes it flow like a dream :)

Wow I like this. Will have to remember that.

Setup: R U R' U' F' U' F U

This case has been bothering me for a while, I just can't find a solution for it that I like! When I first started, I used:

(R U' R' U') (R U' R' U) (R U R')

But that was a bit too long, so then I tried:

(R' U' R' U') R' (U R U R)

Which is ok, but I always fumble it when I try to execute it quickly. Recently, I've been toying with:

d' (L' U L) d (R U' R')

Which I think has potential, but I don't really like the use of double layer turns.

How would you tackle this case? Please assume that every other F2L slot is filled. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

d' L' U' L d R U R'

that's how i do it, nothing fancy

simple.
R U2 R' U R U2 R' U2 R U' R'

Wow, 2 gen. This might be my favorite so far. I only used the beginner's one, and it was the shortest on CubeExplorer when I searched for one, so I just figured that was a bad case.

D' R' D you left the rest of the cube blank :)

The way I do this probably sucks, but I would use U M U' R U M' U' R'. I like this because it only moves 3 pieces which makes it easy for me too see ahead a bit.

It is best to be able to recognize that case with the slot at BR and edge at UL - saves [y' U'], and gets both thumbs on top for doing - R' U l (U' R U R').

EDIT: after getting both thumbs on U the x' cube rotation is natural to bring thumbs to front, and so the alg (R' U l U' R U R') when actually executed, could technically be seen as also done this way - x' (R' F R)(U' R U R').
