ok so ive been cubing for about 3 monthes now and i think i have a 19 barrier LOL
(i tried the search bar but there are too many results)
i know Full pll and about 20 oll's
oh and using fridrich
any tips for getting better?
PLZ help >:

Breakdown of times?

Based on what's given you can learn the rest of the OLL's, look ahead in F2L, and just practice.
But a breakdown of your times would be helpful.

There's a secret potion somewhere deep inside a mountain....

Nah just practice because at this time it is harder to get better times also try to find opportunities for the advanced cross. PRACTICE

Edit: Whoa ninja'd

Well, I'll answer your question, but just a few things first:

This thread has been made before. Many times.
Also, be a little more careful with the grammar and stuff. I'm not a grammar nazi, but it's honestly a pain to read posts like yours. Lurk a little more, maybe, to figure things like these out.

But anyway, you're stuck at 19 seconds after three months? That's pretty impressive. I would say keep slowly working on OLL, and work on your lookahead. I would tell you to post your breakdowns, but that would encourage you to continue this thread.

PS The fact that there were "too many results" after you searched is a good indicator that you shouldn't have made this thread.

srry dude but english isnt my main
im from israel :D

oh and i use lingyun

and the search bar doesnt show the results when there are too many
it just say that there are too many

I've solved for about 3 months and I'm at 1 minute average.

Don't expect too good results too fast. If you're getting them, you obviously worked a lot harder than me, but know that 20 seconds is fast for 3 months and practicing will eventually get you even faster.

And you don't need the search bar to find threads identical to this one. This subforum is literally full of them. Just go to http://www.speedsolving.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?8-Speedcubing-Help-Questions and start reading threads.

Like cyoubx said, see how long does it take you to do each part of the Fridrich method. If it is PLL that you need help with then there is this video that I found online that shows you how to recognize PLL cases easily http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qBYycb7hR4Y
If you need to get faster at F2L, try practicing with a metronome and turn on every beat. This will help you to get a smooth and flowing F2L.

Oh, well if English isn't your first language then disregard most of what I said.

The thing is, most people already know without even searching that this type of thread ("How do I get faster") has been made dozens of times.

But don't worry- just try not to do things like that again.

Seems like your LL is a bit slow, because my F2L is about as fast as yours, but I average a couple seconds faster than you. I think you should focus more on OLL, though. I haven't tried in a long time, but I recall being able to sub-4 two look OLL. Your PLL is acceptable, but also just a tiny bit slower than I would expect also.

Good luck. :)

first of all thank u for your comments
they are detaild and helpfull
i know my LL suck but i just cant get better at the OLL and i dont know y :\

In that breakdown solve, were you using one of your full OLL's, or did you use 2 look OLL?

If you used one of your full OLLs, then I would suggest that you get slightly more comfortable with the twenty or so OLL's you already know before you learn more. If it was two-look, then I would say that you're pretty much where you should be, but a little on the slow side.

As for getting faster at OLL, I would say that you should find which cases are slow for you and which ones are fast. Ask yourself why your slow ones are slow- is it the algorithm that's slow, or are you just not finding a good way to fingertrick it? Is it a standard, widely-used algorithm, or are you using a crappy alternative to the standard?

That's the sort of thing that might help you, rather than blindly drilling your algs. :)
