How often can an all-edges OLL case be forced?

I'd like to know how often an all-edges OLL case can be forced using VHLS, ZBLS, etc.?

100%.
Its not that hard to do intuitively, if slow.
VHLS does it if the pair is set up, ZBLS does it from any permutation of the pieces.

With partial edge control, you can also force it easily. Very effective if you don't know every case, as well as for one hand solving. It can be entirely intuitive as well.

Thanks everyone. Yeah I just looked at Bob Burton's list of VHLS algs and it can be forced every time. This is good because I'm learning full ZBLL and I'm glad I'll be able to use it every time since ZBLL requires an all-edges case.
