Hi everyone. I have been practicing 3*3 for 4-5 months now. I am currently sub 14 and I want to improve my times. I have learnt many f2l algs and know some winter variation algs as well. I have even watched jperm's look ahead videos and "how to be sub-12" video but I have not seen a lot of improvement. Can anyone suggest what I should do? Should I start watching jayden mcneil videos?

First of all, try not to make individual threads about this, there are mega threads you can find designed to be about a specific area of questions :)
Alright, so, learn full PLL and OLL if not already. Doesn’t hurt to do it now and will shave off some time.
Cross should be efficient, always 8 moves or less, preferably 6. Make sure its planned out in inspection, solve BLD to make sure.
’Learnt many F2L algs’ learn all of the 42 distinct cases if you haven’t already and keep practising them. Recognition - execution should be instant. Don’t get tunnel vision though, since you may miss obvious good pairs. Solve the Back Left Down pair first as you come out of Cross (if it’s planned out you can lookahead into it), so there are no blind spots left after that.
Try not to rotate too much during the solve, make sure your algorithms are good in general.
Drill Last Layer for OLL and PLL practise.
Keep lookaheading in, never look at what you are doing as in CFOP everything has already been planned out, either in inspection or as algs, so you don’t need to look.
And practise a lot, watching videos if necessary.
Check your splits up and improve the worst section:

Wow I pretty much just say the same thing every time I should copy this up for future reference
