Garf's Progression Thread - Beating Hard Levels in GD (Hardest is Bloodbath)

[Garf]

Yesterday my intended progression thread got moved to 2x2 help thread, so here is my progression thread.
Yesterday I started by going and learning some Cll algorithms for last layer. I know H and Sune now (and can recognize each case), and plan on learning Asune and T

[Garf]

I posted this in my profile, but here it is, more public:
So, I am doing this exercise for Civil Air Patrol, where I practice goal setting. I made this example for cubing.
Dream: be the national record holder for 2x2 average.
Goal: Average sub-1 for 2x2
Steps(backwards, so end step to start step): Learn how to one-look>Learn full EG>Learn Eg-2, Eg-1, and Cll and get good at them.
Not exactly word from word, but I changed it to make more sense for a cubing progression

[Garf]

U cases learned. Know Anti sune, sune, T, H, and U in total. I can also recognize each case and execute the right algorithm.

[Garf]

Okay, all Clls learned, but I want to go through and make sure I am comfortable in knowing them all.

[Garf]

Here is a video on my cubing progression.

And yes, I titled it under #RTWR

My YJ MGC just broke… I hate this!!! Why does this happen to me? Every puzzle I actually start to like… breaks!

That's a big disappointment.

If your 3x3 ever gives out you can always try the MS, it's never let me down, it's never gave me up, it's never ran around or deserted me

It will never make you cry
never gonna say goodbye
never gonna tell a lie and hurt you

I've used the MS for so long
Your hearts been aching but your to shy to say it
Inside we both know what's been going on
We know the cube and we're gonna main it
And if you ask me how I'm feeling
Don't tell me you're to BLD to see

Never gonna give you up
Never gonna let you down
Never gonna run around and desert you
Never gonna make you cry
Never gonna say goodbye
Never gonna tell a lie and hurt you

Never gonna give you up
Never gonna let you down
Never gonna run around and desert you
Never gonna make you cry
Never gonna say goodbye
Never gonna tell a lie and hurt you

Most musical post ever

Okay, never thought I’d ever say this, but since all my main cube puzzles have been breaking lately, I have decided that I will practice skewb, square-1, Megaminx, and pyraminx, starting with square-1.

I have no idea why THIS channel isn’t more commonly known: https://youtube.com/c/CubeMasterYT
Subscribe to Cube Master! Great square-1 tutorials, plus some other events.

[Garf]

Currently, I am learning full cube shape for square-1. Lots of cases, but they are basically one-two-three movers into cases I already know.

[Garf]

PB for square 1! Sub 20 baby, let's go!
18.07 (-2,0)/ (0,-3)/ (2,-1)/ (-2,-5)/ (-3,0)/ (-4,-1)/ (0,-2)/ (6,0)/ (3,-3)/ (-4,-5)/ (-2,0)/ (-2,0)/ @2021-11-30 08:00:48
BTW, I checked the scramble for a misscramble, everything is legit.

[CFOP INC]

congrats

[Garf]

What the flip?

WHAT THE FLIP? This is how good I become after practicing for a week?

A math teacher at my school is letting me borrow her original Dayan Guhong V1. It turns so well.

A math teacher?

Yes, a math teacher.
