Hello and welcome to Fridrich Method Boot Camp registration. This is your guide to start speedcubing starting to get faster times. Come by everyday and train to be one of the best speedcubers around.

DAY 1
Hello, and welcome to day 1 of FMBC. Today, you will learn about the fridrich method and help you leave your everyday beginners method.
Since this is your first day, you will learn about the fridrich method.

Try to avoid looking around too much or it can really confuse and ruin your training.
Here is the method in a nutshell: http://www.ws.binghamton.edu/fridrich/system.html
Read this several times and think about this a lot.

Since the fridrich method is an more advanced method, there will be more advanced notation!
keep on practicing the advanced notation until you get it down!

We are now going to test your current time. Click on the link below.
http://www.cubetimer.com/
Set the inspection time at 15 seconds and tap your spacebar to start the countdown. Use your 15 seconds to plan your moves. Then, start solving the cube. Tap your spacebar again when you are done solving. Do that 12 times and get your 10 of 12 time. Write that down some where and see your times improve! This concludes day 1!

DAY 2
Welcome to day 2! Today, you will start the fridrich method. You might want to review your notation:
http://www.cubewhiz.com/notation.html
Today, you will watch a video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k-xbcAMfWwM
Watch it many times until you get it. Here is the second part:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?gl=CA&hl=en&v=4GxLM_dZqg4
Watch this many times as well.
Keep on watching this until you get it. Try it out after you get it! Remember, this is only the F2L (first 2 layers) the other part of the fridrich method is the cross, OLL, and PLL, which you will learn later.

DAY 3
Okay, now, the training will get harder. Here is your training schedule:
Watch: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k-xbcAMfWwM
Watch: http://www.youtube.com/watch?gl=CA&hl=en&v=4GxLM_dZqg4
NEW! Watch:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hY_FbpdNRCQ

The first two videos are reviews of the fridrich method. Since you're a beginner and you suck at making the cross, there's an advanced cross video for you.

Practice making the cross and the F2L.
Practice until you get it.
This concludes day 3!

DAY 4
Welcome to another day of the FMBC. Today, you will time yourself again. Solve the cross using your 15 seconds and solve the F2L. Solve the last layer the way you normally do. Here are the procedures just in case you forgot.
http://www.cubetimer.com/
Set the inspection time at 15 seconds and tap your spacebar to start the countdown. Use your 15 seconds to plan your moves. Then, start solving the cube. Tap your spacebar again when you are done solving. Do that 12 times and get your 10 of 12 time.

Did you get your time yet? I'm sure you wrote down your time from day 1. Now, compare the times. Your time you got today might have been slower. The fridrich method F2L should have been more efficient than your normal method, but, you get slower times as you are changing into a new method because it is obviously new. This is perfectly normal. Your new goal?

Goal: Try to get your speed the same as it was with the normal method!

This concludes another day, in the FMBC!

Though this is probably a joke, all of the things in day one and day two can be done in about 10 minutes without knowledge of cube notation. Otherwise about a minute.
