faster methods

Before you pick method just check them all carefully. Dont pick fridrich just because the world record holder uses it. It doesn't mean its faster.

Roux is simple, no many algs and in 2-3 mounths your average is sub 20! I think Roux is better than Fridrich!

You can get sub 20 in 2-3 months with Fridrich too. And Fridrich is also pretty simple.

Note how he said it doesnt mean its the best. He never said it isn't the best it is impossible to confirm which method is the best. In theory, blockbuilding method such as Roux has the highest potential for fastest time because of the low move count. However there are much much much more fridrich solvers then blockbuild solvers in the world. Blockbuilding is harder to learn when you are first starting out so most people latch onto fridrich

lol i mean supposedly perfect f2l blockbuilding + 1LLL is the fastest in theory, but in practice it's not, and the fact you used the term suboptimal throws us off. When I think optimal, I think movecount, and in that sense cfop *is* highly suboptimal.

I did not want to say: 1-look F2L + 1-look LL (using 10,000 algo that unfortunately need a 10-second recall time).

Not most favorable or desirable is far too subjective for this. Who's to say which method is the "most favorable?" Bad definition for this context.
