Do you trust certain "groups" of online shops more than others?

I have a tendency to be more trusting of stores based entirely on selling twisty puzzles more than other online shops. They just gives off a certain vibe that makes them seem reliable and very friendly.

Do you guys do this for certain "kinds" of shops?

Since I'm interested in more than just speed cubes, I look for shops that sell a wide variety of twisty puzzles. The big international shops that may also sell other items, have consistently responded to my emails and have shipped every order promptly. True, some of my puzzle orders were listed on my credit card as being from a "dress shop", but that's OK with me ;) The thing about the big international shops is that they have big international reputations to uphold and they are run by savvy business people. If I'm thinking about ordering from a new store, I look for *recent* unboxings on YouTube to see how the items were packed and what the poster says about the store.

This is pretty much what I look for.
