DIY HELP

ok i just got a diy cube from cube4you. whenever im using it, the pieces always pop. at first , they pop with force and it could really be dangerous if it hit somebody in the eye or something. so i lessened the tension on the screws and now the pieces still pop but just not with as much force. they simple almost fall out of the cube. What can i do to prevent this?

I go for 1.2 mm space between piece and middle piece at maximum. mine pops often too but you just gotto keep that in mind and go easier on it..

Tightening the tensions usually helps... So that it doesn't pop at all. Although, this would probably depend on how well you precision turn as well...
