[Help Thread] Cubing Injuries?

I am addicted to biting my nails for some reason. Sometimes I go to the point where that finger starts to hurt.

Okay, long list...

Sprained my ankle 3 times in grade 4.
Sprained my wrist and scars on both my knees (Gapping a 20 on my dirtbike)
Broke my arm (Racing dirtbikes)
Lactose Intolerante (Or however it's spelt)
Trying to do a gap on my dirtbike when I was six and I almost died (don't ask)
Fell off a roof (Bleeding head)
Infected finger/hand (Bit by a Northern Pike)

Lol, I get lots of injurys.

I cracked my skull really badly when I was 9
I am allergic to cats
I have a big ass scar on my thigh since the tire of my bike ripped a 4 inch hole in me
I was pronounced sterile after walking on a fence and... well... you know the rest
I had really bad ear infections when I was 1-10 years old
I had a severe allergic reaction to this drug I took for my ears that caused sever stuttering from 1st grade to 5th grade(Apparently a 1/50,000 chance)
And a few other scars that are mostly on my upper arms that I cant explain.

I also have a reaction to penicillin. I go into anaphalactic shock.

Most of my health problems stem from my digestion. I'm going to the doctor to prove to my mom that I have a gluten intolerance. She doesn't believe me, and expects that I'll eat like the rest of the family (even though she's been told to avoid gluten).

When I have gluten, lactose (in large amounts), and/or excess sugar, I start to get IBS symptoms, acne, sensitivities to other random things. I also get to be lethargic, and depressed.

As far as injuries, I've had a grade 2 rotator cuff tear, a pinched nerve in my L-spine, several ankle sprains, and a broken clavicle (twice).

Allergic to Penicillin, moderate lactose intollerance, chronic acne, hay fever.

Lots of injuries as a child, most serious was scraping off all the skin from half of my face. Never broken a bone to my awareness though.

Allergies:
House Dust, and supposedly oats (but I've eaten oat cereals and I don't have any symptoms or side effects.
I also have mild asthma.
I think I might also be somewhat lactose-intolerant, but I really don't know for sure.
I have this sticky-stuff in my throat, which I think is caused by my allergy to house dust. If not that, it could be acid reflux.

Oh, I forgot to mention animal dander if I touch my face after touching a dog or cat.

Sickness:
The worst sickness I've had was when I had a fever. It lasted about two weeks, and during the worst parts, I couldn't stop sweating (woke up in puddles of sweat). And during the worst day, I couldn't move, and I couldn't stop shaking. This was some serious hell.
Another one was one day I woke up and couldn't breathe. I had to be taken to the hospital. I was young at the time, and looking back, I think this is one of the reasons, sometimes I think about "what if I stop breathing?" and it really freaks me out.
One time I had this odd ear infection, which included a big cyst-like thing in my ear that popped and had a teal-colored pus.

Injuries:
The worst injury I ever got was when I was about...I wanna say 7 or so. I was at my friends house, and we were playing in the pool. I was jumping in, and I jumped too far, and hit my chin on the edge of the pool, and my chin busted open. Had to be taken to the hospital and get stitches.
Another injury I got was at camp, I sprained my foot, and it lasted for about 6 months. (because my mom wouldn't take me to the doctor or hospital).
And lastly, when I was about 4-10 (I'm bad at recalling what age things happened at). I was in a museum, and there was a treasure chest, and it slammed on the middle finger of my left hand and broke my nail (it's still broken to this day)

I have lots of allergies (food- peanuts, strawberries, cantaloupe, tree nuts outdoor- trees, grass, pollen animals- basically anything with fur and various medicines), asthma, and Crohn's disease. Crohn's disease is really brutal. I've had three surgeries in the past for it in the past and having another surgery in a few weeks. I have even had to stop school, for the time being, due to the pain making it impossible for me to concentrate.

Going strong for 37 years....
No broken bones that I am aware off.
Some stiches in my eyebrow - skateboarding
Meniscus tears (2x surgery) - taekwondo
Achilles tendinitis - karate
*** up left shoulder - weight training
cracking noises in virtually every joint in my body - age

Only had one allergy attack in my life, still do not know what caused it.

I was allergic to acarus when I was a child, but for some reason I'm not now. Also never broke a bone, I spent most of my childhood reading in my room, so I never had the chance xD
