Practice. F2l comes with practice. Try to minimize rotations. Try to slow down and look ahead ( do this only when you are close to sub 20 )

For cross, two things you can do:

Use some of your training time to study reconstructions. You can do the scramble and then try to solve it the way you do.
Then you look how it was solved. You can learn some tricks and apply on your solves.

Go to cstimer and do some solves BUT go on tools > solvers > cross
(or something like that. mine is in portuguese so idk)

then you can see the optimal solution of the cross and learn from it

Maybe someone else suggested this, but here are my thoughts:

As @Vinayak_009044 said, try to not rotate during cross. The OLL algorithm you used seemed really odd; can you post that algorithm on this thread? (The one in the first solve) And some other things: For PLL recognition, instead of rotating, do U moves; saves a lot more time. And I would suggest to stop using so many wide moves, as they are inconsistent and are easy to lock up on.

I’ve noticed you seem to lock up a lot on your U-perms. I would suggest to either practice those algs until you become consistent with them, or you can learn the R U versions.

I lock up on my u perms because I just recently learnt the M push down with my middle finger, I used to just move the other 2 layers down. And Also I just learnt the U move with my left index finger. But I will consider the R U ones. Also, In 2 oll’s there are wide moves soo.. and I will try to learn the correct Aa perm.

You can create a youtube account and upload the videos private so only people with a link to the video can see it on youtube but on this site still visible.
