Avoid rotations in cross. Plan your entire croos and then start. Find the shortest way to do the cross. Every cross can be solved in 8 moves or less.
F2l was good for your level. Do U2 flicks
Oll was okay too.
Don't rotate to recognise PLL.
Learn new finger tricks.

At last i could say you have a stong potential of reaching sub 30 easily for now.

This one, trust me the finger trick looks bad but my cube was unstable I have made more stable, I can do sub 2 with this finger trick.

Okay i believe that you can do that sub 2 but did you ever think if you have been doing everything correctly, why aren't you faster? If a person tells you a mistake, it doesn't mean that he is always wrong, try to improve them. I also try to improve my mistakes when somebody tells me to.

Not necessary, but you were locking up a lot on that oll so i just said that.

Also, the way used for this oll before was really bad so I just moved fingers until I found something faster
