Need Help Critiquing Solves

Can someone pls critique this Ao5? I don't have them on video but I have the reconstructions and I tried to be as accurate as I could be down to every move and rotation. I did the recons immediately I did the solves so I wouldn't forget the exact solutions I used. The recons are linked below. I currently average 12 seconds.

Here's what I got:

Spoiler: solve 1

- Your first two pairs solve both the front slots, which is bad for lookahead. When choosing your next pair you should avoid this
- Pair #4 does not require a rotation, you could've just inserted with U2 R' U2 R U R' U' R

Spoiler: solve 2

- On pair #3, you did a y2 rotation and then inserted into the front. You should NEVER do a y2 rotation, especially if it means inserting into the front instead of the back. This pair could've been done rotationless

- The red/blue pair could've been pretty easily preserved during cross, which would've been nice (minor nitpick though)
- You solve both your front slots first again

- I haven't got much to say about this one

- You planned this X-cross, but I have a minor nitpick with it, which is that you could've rotated before doing it to get the slot solved on the back instead, this actually would've avoided both front slots being solved again
- On pair #3, you inserted with F and U moves, whereas rotating would've had both back slots solved (great for lookahead) and made pair #4 rotationless

I focused on F2L here because it's harder to see what's happening with LL without a vid, but I didn't really have any problems with LL anyway, although you could practice recognition to avoid excess U moves.
