I heard about someone who applied to work at Bioware, and at the interview, the interviewer handed him a rubik's cube and asked if he could solve it. He couldn't, so the guy didn't hire him.

I teach violin. Using cubing as an example in lessons is a great tool. I use it to explain reading ahead and muscle memory.
