Hi Everyone,

I am doing this project in which I wanted to find a list of archives from the Yahoo Speedsolving Group. Since The speedsolving group (hosted by Yahoo Groups) has been discontinued, Can somebody give me a link to an archive?

Thanks!

(And If anyone wanted to know what the project is about, It's about how Cubing Competitions the World Forever).

There is this:

I have not tried downloading it to see if it's valid. I think there was a lot of really ugly spam in it towards the end of its history, but the early part of it should be pretty good if it's in there. The website there says that some of it was lost before 2002, so it's certainly not complete.

This one works. I've been using it for a few years for research for the Method Library and other projects. It's also really nostalgic to go back and read the messages on there from when I first started. Also a bit embarrassing seeing my dumb questions from when I was new and didn't know anything. The community is a completely new world of puzzles and concepts to explore when someone discovers it.

The group was originally created and owned by another company. Then Yahoo bought the mailing group and renamed it. During this process 1.5 years of messages were deleted. That has made some research difficult because there is now a gap in history where certain things can't be confirmed without talking to others.
