I am focusing on 3x3 and OH at the moment and need advice. My F2L actually sucks and I need help from more CFOP solvers.
I average 13-14 on 3x3 and my main event is Pyra.
I will be posting example solves on this thread and stuff like that

Hooray for being good! Try playing around with F2L during slow solves and experiment for efficiency. Example solves would definitely help, that way you can get specific feedback. Don't you use LBL for Pyra still? If so, you should probably switch to L4E or top-first since it's your main event, and for L4E you won't lose much(if any) progress you made during LBL grinding. Plus it's really easy to learn

Yay! I do use LBL and I might start on learning some L4E although pyra isn't a priority for me rn. I will try your advice for F2L

Not that I am the best at 3x3 myself, I'm pretty sure that E moves aren't great for finger tricks (or at least I cant do them). Also, how long does you F2L take you on average? I used this to work out what I need to improve on... https://www.cubeskills.com/blog/cfop-solve-splits-tool

Ah, we have some CN going on here. Cross was great, it's what I saw as well.

First 2 pairs were awesome. The W/O was already ready for an U F U F' insert, but you managed to insert a pair while preserving that one, which was awesome and something I'd never consider.

3rd Pair was bad, you almost never want to do double rotations. The pair itself was good, but it would've been much better to use L moves to pair in the back, and then you could do a single rotation to both insert and bring LS to the front, eliminating the rotation in the 4th pair. Backslot inserts are a key to advanced F2L. Almost always, the best thing to do is either to avoid rotations all together or to do a single one to turn B moves into L/R moves.

That's a nice 4th pair, I usually do it like this:

(starting right after the y) U R U2 R' U F' U' F

But what you do is nice also, I like mine little better though personally

OLL and PLL were fine

Pretty good solve overall!

I would recommend not using E moves in a CFOP solve, but it did make the entire solve rotationless.

well it would have been if you had solved second third pair like this: U2 L' U L2 U L'

I don't really know what you were trying to do for your fourth pair but you should have done this: F R U R' U' F' U2 R' U' R

Oh and one thing you need to stop doing right now is rotating for your PLL. You should have done a U instead of a Y.

Great solution besides the rotations. 5 rotations where there could have been none will really hurt your solve.

EDIT: I meant third.

Also with a lot of my F2L pairs, I will set up to a case I actually know, like my 4th pair

y' F U R U' R' F' R U R' U R U' R' U R U2 R'
y R' U R U' x' U R U2 R' U' R U' R' U2 R U R' U'

I say the cross can be more optimised to a right-handed solution but it was an easy cross and you might have looked ahead to the easy first 2 pairs
x z2 U R2 D' R2 D
y' L U L'
is nice

That's just an un-optimized cross and then some first pair luck.

Yesterday I didn't do many CFOP solves, (I learnt intuitive roux for fun and I average sub 21 on it).
I am also doing a daily sub 10 challenge which I have gotten since the 14th. Yesterday I got a 9.68

People call everything a challenge. Just wait for the "life challenge" in which you try to survive life as long as possible.
