I need a center commuter algorithm for my 6x6 cube. I need to able to lift up the middle edge pieces without messing everything on the cube up. I have included a picture IMG_20150308_133641.jpg and help would be greatly appreciated. I'm not very good at notation so if you could post the algorithm at this link that would be extremely helpful.

Look at http://alg.cubing.net/?puzzle=6x6x6&alg=%5B2%26%2345%3B2Rw,_U-_3%26%2345%3B3Rw_U%5D%0A%5B2%26%2345%3B2Rw,_U-_3%26%2345%3B3Rw_U%5D&setup=%5B2%26%2345%3B2Rw,_U-_3%26%2345%3B3Rw_U%5D. This algorithm exchanges 3 cubies.

I was able to switch all the center pieces that apply to the algorithm that you linked to, but I need one more algorithm to solve the remaining center pieces that this algorithm doesn't apply to. The algorithm that I need is almost the inverse of the one you linked to but on the left side. I have been unable to adapt it. I have attached a picture and your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again for helping me out.IMG_20150309_204319.jpg

You seem to not have much understanding of the cube. I recommend one of the following:
- switch to an easier method that doesn't require commutators and that has plenty of tutorials online, OR
- play around with the puzzle, learn about what types of pieces it has and how commutators work, and study and practice until you can do it yourself

What you seem to be doing is solving inner centers, then center corners, then outer center pieces all separately (i know thats not the proper name for them, but you get the idea). Don't do that. Use standard reduction and solve the centers with 1x4 bars, and then place them.

Imagine a Cross in each face of the cube that divides the centers in groups of four. Now focus on the center pieces adjacent to each of the four radius that make the cross. If the unsolved piece is on the left you have a left oblique, if it is in the right you have a right oblique.

In your last photo all the unsolved centers that can be seen are left obliques. You can solve them the same as the other types of centers. You just need two pieces that are interchangeable with a slice move and an insertion that doesn't mess up that slice and do insertion, slice and then insertion' and slice' to cycle the 3 centers. And if there isn't an obvious case there just set it up to it and then undo the set up at the end
